Letter of Intent

Turn around is important and for that reason we will give a time line up front and either be ready to do a deal or tell you why we are not interested. Most of the time we come up with advice and referrals to solve the needs if we are not going to do the deal. A win-win no matter what!

 

We receive opportunities from many sources, most are word of mouth due to our success in closing transactions and quick turnaround. When we work with intermediaries we like to have a formal agreement up front that includes fees and expectations.

 

LOI, as the term is used, means letter of Intent. When we issue a LOI we are intent on closing the transaction as stated in the LOI. After the signing of the LOI by both sides, we know what we are able to close the transaction, but we can only

anticipate what the banking world will respond to a proposal.

 

Most of the time we have worked out what banking will be used before the LOI and have so far closed on all LOI we have issued. But if things change or are not what we were told then we reserve the right to withdraw the LOI.
